Fixer HoReCa Services ("Staff Easy", "we", "us") respects your personal data and is committed to protecting your privacy. We strictly adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We collect your details (Name, Mobile, Aadhaar, Selfie, and Work History) solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and facilitating employment connections within the hospitality network.
2. Data We Collect
To provide you with the Staff Easy PVC ID Card and membership benefits, we collect:
- Identity Information: Your full name, selfie photo, and Aadhaar card (front photo and last 4 digits).
- Contact Details: Mobile number, WhatsApp number, and physical courier address.
- Professional Data: Job role, experience, past employers, expected salary, and skills.
3. Aadhaar & Sensitive Data Security
Your trust is our priority. Your Aadhaar card image and full home address are stored in secure, restricted directories. These are never shared with prospective employers or recruiters. Hiring venues only see your verified professional profile (name, role, experience, and contact number) to offer you jobs. Only our internal verification team has access to your identity documents.
4. Right to Withdraw Consent & Data Deletion
You are in control of your data. You have the absolute right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to leave the network or have your personal profile and Aadhaar data permanently deleted from our servers, you may request account deletion by:
