1. Welcome to the Network

By applying for and using the Staff Easy PVC ID Card and its associated services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Staff Easy (operated by Fixer HoReCa Services) is a professional network designed to support and connect India's hospitality workers with verified employers.

2. The Staff Easy Card

The physical PVC card issued to you is a symbol of your verified membership. It remains the property of Staff Easy. You agree to:

• Use the card only for your own professional identification.
• Never transfer, lend, or sell your card to another individual.
• Report a lost or stolen card to our helpline immediately so we can secure your profile and issue a replacement.

3. Network Code of Conduct

To maintain the trust of our partner venues and the safety of our community, all members must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Honesty: Provide accurate information about your experience, roles, and identity.
• Professionalism: Treat venue owners, colleagues, and Staff Easy representatives with respect.
• Zero Tolerance: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for workplace harassment, theft, or violence. Violating this rule will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your membership.

4. Job Matching & Support Limitations

Staff Easy connects verified profiles with hiring venues and provides intervention support during workplace disputes (such as delayed salaries). However, we are a network, not a direct employer. We do not guarantee job placement or dictate hiring decisions made by partner venues.

5. Free Membership

Membership, verification, and standard card delivery are currently provided 100% free of charge to hospitality workers. If any paid premium features are introduced in the future, they will be strictly optional, and we will communicate them transparently before charging any fees.
